Approval of a return request does not automatically mean that Cap Gun Depot will provide or pay for a return shipping label.

Products subject to hazardous-material, transportation, postal, carrier, or other shipping restrictions may not be eligible for return shipment.

Customers must not send restricted or potentially hazardous merchandise back to Cap Gun Depot without first receiving return instructions.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed after the merchandise is received and inspected, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
