This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and product-shipping restrictions.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Cap Gun Depot may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another appropriate carrier, depending on the products ordered, destination, service availability, and applicable shipping requirements.

Certain products may have specific transportation or carrier restrictions and may only be shipped using eligible shipping methods.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes approximately 2–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, high shipping volumes, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, we will generally send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after shipment to begin displaying movement in the carrier's tracking system.

You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to follow the shipment through the applicable carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at info@buycapgunsonline.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

TOY CAP GUNS, CAPS, AND SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Cap Gun Depot respects applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and public-safety requirements relating to the products we sell.

Toy, replica, and imitation firearms may be subject to federal, state, local, or international restrictions regarding their sale, possession, transportation, appearance, or use.

Caps and similar products may also be subject to transportation, postal, carrier, or other shipping restrictions.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, delivered, or used in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

If a product cannot legally or safely be shipped to a particular destination or through an available carrier, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

TOY GUN SAFETY AND IDENTIFICATION

Toy guns sold by Cap Gun Depot are intended to be used only as toys, collectibles, theatrical or recreational products, as applicable to the particular product.

Toy guns should never be displayed, carried, or used in a manner that could reasonably cause another person to believe that the toy is a real firearm.

Products should not be modified to remove or defeat safety markings or features required by applicable law.

Where required, toy guns are sold with federally required markings or coloration, including applicable blaze-orange markings.

Customers should follow all manufacturer instructions and applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding possession and use.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Purchases of toy cap guns and related products from Cap Gun Depot are intended for customers 18 years of age or older.

By placing an order for these products, you represent that you meet our applicable age requirement and are legally permitted to purchase the product.

Adult supervision should be provided when products are used by children in accordance with the manufacturer's age recommendations and safety instructions.

RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain states, cities, territories, countries, or other destinations because of applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or transportation requirements.

Product availability on our website does not guarantee that a particular product can be shipped to every destination.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order when we determine that the product cannot be shipped to the requested destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Cap Gun Depot.

Customers are also responsible for determining whether the products ordered may legally be imported into their country.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays outside our control.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your tracking information indicates a problem with delivery, please contact us at info@buycapgunsonline.com.

We may ask you to confirm your shipping address, provide information regarding the delivery, or cooperate with a carrier investigation.

If merchandise arrives damaged, please retain the product and packaging and contact us promptly. We may request photographs or other documentation so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

RETURNS AND RETURN SHIPPING

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Approval of a return does not automatically mean that Cap Gun Depot will provide or pay for a return shipping label.

When the correct merchandise ordered was shipped and the customer elects to return an eligible product, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Products subject to hazardous-material, transportation, postal, or carrier restrictions may not be eligible for return shipment.

Do not ship caps or other potentially restricted products back to Cap Gun Depot without first receiving return instructions from us.
